Book your Alsies Ice Cream Experience
$75/hour + ice cream
20 miles or less
For birthday parties, we charge an event fee, which is per hour the truck is needed at your event, plus the cost of ice cream. Event fees are based on distance from our commissary location: 20 miles or less- $75 / hr (no ice cream minimum) 20-30 miles- $95 / hr (no ice cream minimum) 30+ miles- $115 / hr ($200 min ice cream purchase)

Do you offer gluten/allergy free options?
Alsies has something for everyone! We carry quite a few menu items that are both gluten and dairy free using only high quality, natural ingredients. Please refer to the allergen info above for more info. All products are individually packaged and have all allergen info on the label as well.

Where can I find the truck?
Trucks can be found in real-time on the Alsies app or feel free to give us a call at 904-203-8579 to find a truck in your area!
Routes / Neighborhoods are also posted to our social media (Instagram & Facebook) stories and approximate times Alsies will visit. As well, be sure to register for text alerts when we will be in your area via our registration page.

How do I book a private event?
We’d love to be a part of your next event! Private events can be booked by clicking above . We can also be reached at eastjacksonville@alsies.com or 904-203-8579.
For private events we charge an event fee, which is per hour the truck is needed at your event, plus the cost of ice cream. Event fees are based on distance from our commissary (located on the Westside):
20 miles or less – $75/hr + ice cream
20-30 miles – $95/hr + ice cream
30+ miles – $115/hr with a $200 min ice cream purchase

How do I request a route?
Want to have an Alsies truck come to your neighborhood? All you have to do is ask! Neighborhood requests can be made via email to eastjacksonville@alsies.com and we will do our best to add you to a route in the near future. At this time, we are only able to accommodate neighborhood requests within our Jacksonville service area.
