What is Alsies?
Alsies Ice Cream is a family-friendly brand focused on creating fun, community-centered experiences through school events, staff appreciation days, festivals, and neighborhood gatherings. We’re 100% self-contained and kid-safe.

What types of events do you do?
We partner with schools, daycares, nonprofits, HOA events, sporting events, and businesses. Common events include private events, ice cream cart rentals, birthday parties, and corporate events. In addition, we’ve found great success in themed events such as Ice Cream Days, reward programs, staff appreciation, graduation celebrations, end-of-year parties, and general pop-ups.

How do I request a neighborhood route visit?
Want to have an Alsies truck come to your neighborhood? All you have to do is ask! Neighborhood requests can be made by downloading the Alsies app or via email to FriscoEvents@alsies.com, and we will do our best to add you to a route in the near future. At this time, we are only able to accommodate neighborhood requests within our service area of Frisco, TX.

Where can I find the Alsies truck?
Trucks can be found in real-time on the Alsies app or feel free to give us a call at 469-631-3000 to find a truck in your area.
Routes / Neighborhoods are also posted to our social media (Instagram & Facebook) stories and approximate times Alsies will visit. As well, be sure to register for text alerts when we will be in your area via our registration page.

Do you offer dairy-free or allergy-friendly options?
Yes! We always carry dairy-free, nut-free, and gluten-free options. If you have specific allergens to avoid, we customize the loadout for your event.

How long does an event take?
Most events take 30–90 minutes depending on group size. We also do longer or even full-day events as well as recurring programs (e.g., Ice Cream Fridays).

Do we need to provide power?
Nope! We're 100% self-contained. We do not require power, water, or special hookup

How do you handle cleanup?
Our team handles everything — setup, serving, and cleanup.

How many people can you serve?
We serve small groups (20–30 people) up to thousands at large school assemblies or corporate events. We can serve up to 200 people in an hour.

How far in advance should we book?
Typically 1–3 weeks ahead. Peak seasons (spring, end-of-school, and summer) may book out earlier. Same-week pop-ups may be available depending on schedule.

Do you do fundraising events?
Yes! We offer school and nonprofit fundraising models in which a percentage of proceeds is returned directly to your organization.

Can we customize the menu for your staff or students?
Absolutely. We can offer a streamlined menu, feature specific flavors, or include special add-ons depending on the event type.

How much space do you need?
Only about the space of a standard parking spot (or walkway space indoors). We can set up outdoors or indoors depending on your layout.

Do you work indoors?
Yes! Schools often request indoor setups during winter or rainy days. We bring our ice cream cart for these.

Are your employees background checked?
Yes. All team members pass background checks.

What products do you serve?
A rotation of premium ice cream bars, popsicles, novelty treats, and seasonal specials. We can provide a menu sheet before the event.
