Where can I find the Alsies Truck?
Trucks can be found in real-time on the Alsies app or feel free to give us a call at 814-201-6677 to find a truck in your area!
Routes / Neighborhoods are also posted to our social media (Instagram & Facebook) stories and approximate times Alsies will visit. As well, be sure to register for text alerts when we will be in your area via our registration page.

Do you have gluten free and/or dairy free options?
Alsies has something for everyone! We carry quite a few menu items that are both gluten and dairy free using only high quality, natural ingredients. Please refer to the allergen info above for more info. All products are individually packaged and have all allergen info on the label.

How do I book a private event?
We’d love to be a part of your next event! Private events can be booked by clicking https://alsies-erie.square.site/ We can also be reached at erie@alsies.com or 814-201-6677.
For private events we charge an event fee, which is per hour the truck is needed at your event, plus the cost of ice cream. Event fees are based on distance from Eries Bicentennial Tower:
15 miles or less – $75/hr + ice cream cost
15-30 miles – $100/hr + ice cream cost
30+ miles – $125/hr with a $150 minimum ice cream purchase

How do I request a route?
Want to have an Alsies truck come to your neighborhood? All you have to do is ask! Neighborhood requests can be made via email to erie@alsies.com and we will do our best to add you to a route in the near future. At this time, we are only able to accommodate neighborhood requests within our service area (Erie County)
