Ice Cream Truck Booking – FAQ
How do I book the ice cream truck for an event?
You can book directly through our website or by calling/texting us. We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
What types of events do you cater for?
We serve all kinds of events including birthday parties, weddings, bachelorette parties, school functions, block parties, school functions, corporate events, fundraisers, and so much more!
Is there a booking fee or deposit?
Yes, we require a deposit to secure your date. The deposit goes toward your final total. Full payment is due the day of the event.
What’s included in a typical event package?
Our event packages include: a set time window for service, a friendly staff member, a selection of premium ice cream and frozen treats. Custom packages are available upon request.
How long will the truck stay at my event?
Standard bookings are usually one to two hours, but you can rent the truck for up to four hours. We’re happy to accommodate longer events for an additional fee.
Is there a minimum or maximum guest limit?
We can serve small parties or large crowds. We usually require a minimum spend, but we can work with you based on your guest count and needs.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve the Greater Las Vegas Valley. Additional travel fees may apply outside our normal service area.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, CashApp, and Apple Pay. Business and school events can request invoicing.
What if it rains or I need to cancel?
We understand that things happen. Deposits are refundable with at least 72 hours’ notice. If rescheduled due to weather or emergencies, we’ll work with you to find a new date.
